The Message Rules window will appear.
Choose the Blocked Senders tab.
The Add Sender window will open.
Enter the address you want to block in the E-mail address field.
Select the option for Mail Messages.
Choose the OK button twice and you will be returned to Microsoft Outlook Express.

To move messages between folders:

Select the message(s) you wish to move from one folder to another.
From the Edit menu, choose Move to Folder. A list of available folders will appear.
Select the folder to which you wish to move the message(s). The message(s) will be moved to the selected folder.

To copy messages to another folder:

Select the message(s) you wish to copy from one folder to another.
From the Edit menu, choose Copy to Folder. A list of available folders will appear.
Choose the folder to which you wish to copy the message(s). The message(s) will be copied to the selected folder.

To view contents of different folders:

A list of your folders appears in the left-hand pane of the Microsoft Outlook Express window.
On the top and bottom of that pane are arrows you can use to navigate.
Hovering your mouse over the name of a folder highlights it; choosing it once reveals its contents.

To sort messages within a folder:

Select a folder using the above method.
Choose any of the displayed columns such as Subject.
The mail will be sorted alphabetically by subject. If you choose the column again it will be sorted in reverse order.
